In this role, you will play a critical part in elevating the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our financial reporting during fast‑paced close cycles. Your expertise in GAAP accounting, advanced Excel, and data‑driven reporting will help streamline processes, enhance audit readiness, and improve visibility across consolidated, statutory, and joint‑venture financials. As a key contributor within a transforming structure, you’ll influence how our accounting foundation evolves—bringing insights, precision, and partnership that drive meaningful operational impact

Responsible for performing highly specialized, professional level, accounting duties according to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Develops monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial statements and reports, including reports and support for footnote disclosures for GAAP consolidated and statutory audits.
• Contributes to the management of the monthly, quarterly and year-end close process.
• Works with external auditors on annual audit requests for consolidated and statutory reporting.
• Prepares various account reconciliations and journal entries for the Corporate function.
• Assists with the maintenance of general ledger accounts.
• May participate in complex general accounting projects.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited 4-year university or college.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting role

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office products, including Word, Outlook and Excel in addition to advanced proficiency with accounting systems.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge and proficiency of working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Excel Power Pivot/Power Query)

• CPA recommended.

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
