What role will you play?

As member of Global Remuneration Accounting Team within Financial Management, People and Engagement Group, you will manage comprehensive accounting processes for payroll and benefits plans for the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Specific duties include managing payroll accounting, including month‑end GL close, preparing regulatory, tax, and group reports; overseeing payroll accounting postings in GL; preparing and submitting compensation details for regulatory submissions to FINRA and SEC;

reviewing and preparing reconciliations of balance‑sheet accounts; managing transfer‑pricing accounting; performing variance analysis for balance‑sheet and P&L accounts and providing detailed explanations; preparing payroll data for tax submissions; managing audit submissions and addressing auditor queries; and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

What You Offer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics)
    * and 5 years of experience in a relevant role or 5 years of accounting or auditing experience within financial services. (
    * Employer will accept equivalent of Bachelor’s degree based on evaluation of education and experience.)
  • Prior experience must include 3 years preparing payroll accounting, including month‑end GL close.
  • 3 years preparing payroll accounting postings in GL.
  • 3 years preparing and submitting compensation details for regulatory submissions to FINRA and SEC.
  • 3 years reviewing and preparing reconciliations of balance‑sheet accounts.
  • 3 years performing variance analysis for balance‑sheet and P&L accounts and providing detailed explanations.
  • 3 years preparing payroll data for tax submissions. Must hold CPA, CA, or CMA designation.

Salary range for this position: $103,000 to $113,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
