Senior Accounting Manager

Overview

ICX Group is seeking an Accounting Manager for a large, publicly traded organization based in Jacksonville, FL. This role will support the corporate financial oversight function, with responsibility for core accounting activities, financial reporting accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional who collaborates effectively within team environments and is motivated by continuous improvement.

• Oversee day-to-day transaction accounting activities across the organization
• Manage key corporate balance sheet accounts and related reconciliations
• Support foreign exchange remeasurement and translation activities
• Coordinate and support the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules
• Assist with external audit processes and financial disclosure requirements
• Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Contribute to best practices that support financial integrity and operational effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and Active CPA required
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to financial reporting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting accuracy and balance sheet integrity
• Prior experience with a large public accounting firm preferred
