Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detailed and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. Our expanding Design/Build firm is seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to join us full-time at our Jacksonville FL office. • Manage Accounts Payable and essential document management.
• Assist with multi-state licensing and registration.
• Provide helpful customer service to our clients and partners.
• Conduct routine account analysis and account reconciliation to ensure data integrity.

• Proven experience with accounting software such as Sage
• Profit cycle in Excel and Outlook
• 2 years office experience preferred but not required.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to workflow changes.
• A team-player attitude ready to assist with new tasks as they arise.
• Effective communication skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
