• Participating in month‑end close processes
• Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Conducting financial analyses to support accurate reporting
• Assisting in the creation of audit support schedules (PBCs)
• Supporting general, lease, tax, purchase, and fixed asset accounting
• Helping optimize accounting systems and workflows
• Contributing to the integration of new acquisitions across our multi‑site platform

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience as a Junior Accountant, Staff Accountant, or similar role
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Experience with multi‑site business models, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
• Located in the general Jacksonville/East Coast Florida area preferred
