• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accuracy, and support month‑end close activities
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet schedules, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively
• Assist with financial statement preparation, internal reporting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operations and finance partners to ensure clean data flow and strong internal controls
• Support internal and external audits through documentation, testing, and process review
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (public accounting or corporate accounting both welcome)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Strong Excel skills and experience working within an ERP environment
• High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across departments
