Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing organization. This role will serve as a strong transactional and technical accounting partner, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations while backing up an existing transactional accountant. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a developing accounting environment.

• Perform general accounting activities in accordance with US GAAP
• Support month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage bank reconciliations
  , cash management
  , and fixed asset accounting
• Assist with inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Support AR and AP processes; transactional mindset required
• Process and review bank transactions; ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide backup support to the transactional accounting resource
• Assist with process improvement in a currently non‑structured accounting environment

• Senior‑level accounting experience required
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and core accounting processes
• Experience handling transactional accounting responsibilities (AR/AP)
• Self‑starter who can operate independently with minimal structure
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up sleeves
