• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment/machinery
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running strong
• Operate a variety of equipment within the Bullet, Brass, Hybrid Shell, Priming or Load/Pack manufacturing processes used to produce and package ammunition
• Work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing
• Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap
• Be a key player on a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement

• Experience as a machinist, mechanic, or manufacturing technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and think on your feet
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail

• 1st Shift: M-F, 5:00 am – 1:15 pm or 6:00 am – 2:15 pm + OT as needed
• 2nd Shift: M-F, 1:00 pm – 9:15 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:15 pm + OT as needed
• 3rd Shift: M-F, 9:00 pm – 5:15 am or 10:00 pm – 6:15 am + OT as needed
• Weekend 1st Shift: F‑S, 4:45 am – 5:15 pm + OT as needed
• Weekend 2nd Shift: F‑S, 4:45 pm – 5:15 am + OT as needed

  Annual performance reviews

• Regularly perform repetitive tasks.
• Work is primarily standing (90+% of the shift) except for lunch and break periods.
• Shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours.
• Exposure to typical manufacturing environments, including non‑conditioned work environments.
• Frequent standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, walking, stair climbing, and lifting/moving of tooling, parts containers, and materials up to 40 pounds.
• Must reach with hands and arms, bend and kneel frequently at a minimum of 50% of the shift, undergoing repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder, and ankle motions.
• Must demonstrate proficient fine motor skills, ability to grip, reach, pull, turn, and use tools to torque fixtures in various machinery or in the assembly, machining, or testing of parts.
• Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral and depth perception, focus on fine print.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
• Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. security mandates.
