A comprehensive benefit list can be viewed here. We pay a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of $25.00 with uncapped commission, paid training, and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days.

Paid time off accrues at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave under state law if applicable.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Minimum age 18.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense and will include various online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
