As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented local team member to assist with returns processing and light operational support. This is a part‑time, in‑person role ideal for someone looking for flexible hours and consistent weekly work.

• Pick up returned packages from our PO Box in Jackson, WY (approximately 2x per week)
• Inspect and test returned products using a provided functionality checklist
• Determine product condition and eligibility for restocking
• Process returns and ensure accurate documentation and inventory updates
• Repackage approved items for resale or warranty replacement
• Track returned items and flag any recurring quality or product issues
• Maintain organized records of returns and inventory adjustments

• Assist with occasional local operational tasks such as inventory organization or supply pickups
• Communicate clearly about any damaged items, recurring issues, or process improvements
• Help maintain an organized and efficient returns workflow

• You live full‑time in the Jackson area
• Reliable and punctual: consistency matters in this role
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift and carry multiple returned units (each ~11 lbs)
• Comfortable using basic technology (Shopify, Google Sheets — training provided if needed)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
