Customer Sales Representative at Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc.

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual for a Customer Service/Counter Sales Associate role. This full‑time position focuses on order entry at the sales counter with related duties including warehouse, stocking shelves, shipping products, and loading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities during the busy season.

• Enter orders at the point of sale using the company computer system
• Interact with customers over the phone, via email, and in‑person
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Communicate to customers the correct product for their application
• Explain product pricing and sales terms
• Create sales orders
• Create quotes to estimate project costs and material quantities from customer measurements
• Schedule truck deliveries efficiently
• Maintain clear communication between manager, employees, and clients
• Act honestly, courteously, and respectfully toward customers and employees at all times
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Learn basic product knowledge
• Inform management of product special‑order requirements
• Assist with inventory cycle counts
• Order picking, staging, and replenishment
• Shipping and receiving
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Basic computer knowledge and internet use
• Experience with irrigation/landscaping products is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required
• Forklift experience helpful
• Ability to lift 75 lbs; 50 lbs repetitively
• Pass pre‑employment drug test/background screening
