Banquet Bartender

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Banquet Bartender who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Banquet Bartender serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

* The Banquet Bartender serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

* The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

* The Bartender assures each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.

* The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.

* The Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

* The Bartender is also required to perform additional side duties and assist in the absence of a Server if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

* The Bartender position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

* Some travel may be required.

* Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

* The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

* Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.

* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
