In this vital role you take pride in the quality assurance of the Housekeeping Department: all guest rooms and suites, public spaces and the heart of the house. You manage inventory, cost control measures and lead 30 team members. Fluency in English is required; a second language is a plus.

• Prior Housekeeping experience.
• Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
• Basic communication skills.
• Full-service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
• Experience in hiring, training and coaching great people.
• Dependable, organized, and a positive, can‑do mindset.
• Ownership of tasks and openness to feedback.
