About Our RoleAs a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Your main goal will be to create a positive and memorable experience that encourages guests to return.

Essential Functions- Greet guests upon arrival and complete check‑in, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Preferred:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience. - Preferred:
Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish. - Preferred:
Familiarity with hotel reservation or property management software. - Core Competencies:
Professional demeanor, integrity, respect, and ability to follow instructions. - Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to convey detailed information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail, reasoning skills, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must remain upright and move continuously on a firm surface for an 8–10‑hour shift.
- Must move at least 20 pounds up to 5 feet without aid.
- Must assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.
