Overview
This role is a great opportunity for our front desk team to meet and greet guests when they arrive to check in at the RV Park.
Responsibilities- Answer calls, emails and tests
- Cash handling
- Making reservations for guests
- Hanlde guest check in/out
- Answer guest questions and assist other team members at the park as needed
- Sharing adventures and provide guests with recommendations and places to visit
- Assisting guests enjoy their stay
- Prior experience in front office of RV park a plus
