Warehouse Forklift Operator Immediately Hiring

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is immediately hiring permanent full‑time warehouse sit‑down forklift operators in.

Operation

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $17.25 per hour
• Overеси Pay: $25.88 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.00 per shift

Schedule

Night shift (2‑2‑3 schedule) rotating weekdays and weekends from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and maintain a good attendance record
• Can lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Works using health and safety methods and flexible on scheduling
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, auditing, and staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract and carry out additional tasks as assigned.
