Box Truck Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our team.

• Safely operate a box truck to transport goods and products to designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Load and unload merchandise from the truck using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Verify and confirm the accuracy of delivery orders with customers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery receipts.
• Communicate with the dispatch team and customers to provide updates on delivery status.
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery schedules and protocols.

• Previous experience as a box truck or delivery driver.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading goods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for verifying order quantities and handling cash transactions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing delivery paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Flexible schedule with the willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime.
