Air Conditioning and Heating Service Technician

As an HVAC Technician, you will perform service and maintenance tasks on commercial and/or residential HVAC equipment.

Compensation aspects of the role are dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning and Heating (HVAC) Service Technician, based in Jackson, TN. Principal responsibilities include the following:

• Diagnose, repair and maintain air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Install/Replace HVAC equipment and related components as needed
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and control systems
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and solutions
• Accurately document service calls, repairs and parts used

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
• Understanding of EPA regulations and guidelines
• Commitment to excellent customer satisfaction and service
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
