RV Sales Associate

Overview

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. Training and onboarding pay may be provided as allowed by residency and state laws.

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years  experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver s license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

This position is a 100% commission-based role. No soft packs; minimum commissions/flats apply. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, whichever is higher, offsetting variable compensation earned.
