Store Cleaning Associate

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and the operation of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain all store cleanliness standards for Sales Floor, Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
• Adhere to company policies on Health and Safety, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
• Cross-train in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Support Front End coverage needs and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and uphold operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break policies for associates.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
