Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Neuro/Surgical Telemetry – Tennessee

Start Date: March 30, 2026
Location: Jackson, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM; 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Highlights:

• Neuro/Surgical Telemetry unit with a 30-patient daily census and 4–5:1 patient ratios
• Night shift position with no on-call requirements; may float to other Med-Surg/Tele units or low-acuity ICU
• Epic EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 36-hour orientation provided; first-time travelers and local candidates welcome
• Care for adult and geriatric populations with diverse neuro and telemetry diagnoses
• Must be willing to work Memorial Day holiday

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required; 2 years preferred
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required and must be detailed on submission profile; competency exam required (one attempt)
• Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only);
  Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Professional references required
