Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage. Average weekly productivity expected is 30 units. SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit. Home Health contracts require prior experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits.

• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Tennessee RN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

• $1,860 - $2,026 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Average weekly productivity: 30 units
