• Treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends. You will treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic; no travel to homes outside the building.
• Provide patient-centered care that makes a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
