Perimeter Healthcare is seeking caring, dependable Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to join our dedicated treatment team. In this vital role, you’ll provide hands‑on support to patients, helping them build stability, safety, and hope during their recovery journey.

• Provide direct care and support to patients in a behavioral health setting.

• Assist with daily living activities
  , hygiene, and personal care needs.

• Observe, document, and report patient behaviors, progress, and safety concerns.

• Support therapeutic groups and structured activities under the direction of clinical staff.

• Respond to crisis situations calmly and effectively following safety procedures.

• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for patients and staff.

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience as a Mental Health Technician or Direct Support Professional (DSP), Psychiatric Technician, Behavioral Health Aide, or Caregiver strongly preferred

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others

• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high‑stress environments

• Commitment to teamwork, empathy, and patient‑centered care
