You will work in an assisted living, independent living, or outpatient setting, treating residents in their rooms or in an on‑site clinic—no evenings, weekends, or travel required.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) you will support occupational therapists in delivering patient‑centered care to higher‑functioning seniors. Your responsibilities include conducting therapeutic activities, documenting progress, and aiding in the development of individualized treatment plans. You’ll also help market the clinic, create your own schedule, and work independently under the guidance of supervising therapists.

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
