Vice President Treasury Management

Community Bank is seeking a Vice President of Treasury Management for a full-time position in Lexington, TN. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing treasury management services, nurturing and expanding business relationships, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Daily tasks include managing cash management solutions, promoting treasury products, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet the financial goals of our clients.

This role requires strong leadership and expertise in financial services to support the bank’s commitment to delivering solutions that drive success for our customers and their businesses.

• Proficiency in Treasury Services, Treasury Management, and Cash Management strategies and operations
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and client relationship development
• Expertise in Finance and financial data analysis
• Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly in a leadership role
