What does a day as an AVP of Member Solutions look like?

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Supervises Member Solutions Team’s work related to delinquent consumer and business loan products. Determines financial situation of delinquent borrowers to assist collectors with structuring payment arrangements, loan extensions, and/or payment modification agreements.
  • Develops Member Solutions team on effective communication and job specific responsibilities.
  • Ensures coordinated efforts are made with teammates within the Member Solutions department to ensure workload is fairly disseminated between available teammates each day, track and communicate monthly delinquency goals, ensure appropriate scheduling for all workdays, modify as necessary the daily lunch schedule to ensure proper coverage, and monitor daily production of each individual collector.
  • Assists teammates with resolutions to system or process issues or escalates to senior management as necessary. Handles member escalation phone calls as necessary.
  • Other job‑related responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Member Solutions.
What is the schedule?

Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top‑notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work‑life‑balance and do our best to limit this.

Does your skill set and experience line up?

For this role, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a financial services position
  • Has a college degree
  • Must have strong attention to detail, strong math and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co‑workers
  • Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
