A Loyalty Representative's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engages with members and seeks to understand their financial needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport, and handling objections. Refers ancillary products that would benefit each member.
- Administers our onboarding program to welcome and establish relationships with new credit union members. Pulls daily reports of new members and reaches out using various channels including but not limited to calls, texts, and emails.
- This position has aggressive goals and targets. Must be able to manage time effectively and process applications efficiently in order to meet goals.
- Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities for all credit union products that can best fit the member’s needs.
- Accurately maintain member account information.
Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are also open on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Saturdays are covered on a rotating basis. Sometimes giving top‑notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work‑life‑balance and do our best to limit this.

For this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has 3 to 5 years of sales or banking experience
- A two‑year college degree or applicable specialized training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
