As a Engineering/Construction Intern at H&M Construction, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside our experienced professionals and contribute to real construction projects. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable exposure to various aspects of the construction industry, allowing you to develop practical skills and insights that will benefit your future career.

• Assist in project planning and coordination activities.
• Participate in on‑site inspections and construction progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Gain exposure to budgeting and cost control processes.
• Contribute to safety and quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in documentation and reporting tasks.
• Participate in meetings and project reviews.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as required.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in construction and the built environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior construction‑related experience or coursework is a plus but not required.

• 12 weeks.
• Compensation:
  Paid internship with housing or transportation stipends if necessary.
