Tax Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of motivated tax professionals
• Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base
• Network with local businesses and community leaders to expand the firm's presence

Tax Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• 5+ years of proven public accounting experience
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance client services

Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000
• Benefits package, including bonuses
• Hybrid work flexibility
