The Production Manager is responsible for the direction and leadership of assigned production area and the Production Superintendents in that section. Under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing, the Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety and GMP’s of the products.
Qualifications:- HS Diploma and College degree preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years’ experience in management
- Understanding of food manufacturing GMP’s
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized time manager with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to function well under pressure
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, documentation and time management skills
