, our state-of-the-art roller-skating facility features roller and in-line skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town! We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our Jackson facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and profitability, managing P&L, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the facility operates smoothly and profitably.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain high operational standards and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

• Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Strong operational skills with experience in staff management and development.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment sectors.
• Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
