Provide personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and companionship to clients in their homesEncourage and support clients to maintain as much independence as possible with their careFollow care plans developed by our Registered Nurses and assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environmentAssist with mobility, transfers, and positioningSupport clients with medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or errandsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of care providedFollow infection control and safety policies and guidelinesQualifications:Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in the state of New JerseyCurrent CPR certificationExperience in providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily livingCompassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality careStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their familiesReliable transportation to travel to client homesAdditional Requirements:Physical examination and PPD (tuberculosis) test within the past 12 monthsMMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccinationValid Social Security Number (SSN) and/or valid Immigration Documents (if applicable)To apply, please submit your online application.
