You will meet with patients, evaluate their needs, craft and implement personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. • Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds to discuss health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet mobility goals.
• Work closely with each patient’s care team to provide follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate patient therapy records and progress notes.

• Must hold a valid state license for occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain positivity and compassion over extended periods with patients.
