Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments;
Balance cash drawers and process cash transactions accurately;
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management as necessary;
Educate customers on self-service and digital options and refer to appropriate partners;
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act and protect customer information; follow security and audit measures
