This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator located in Jackson, NJ. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for supporting customer relationships through effective communication and by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes managing client accounts, answering calls, scheduling services, and documenting interactions to support operational efficiency. The coordinator will work closely with team members to deliver superior customer service and contribute to the company’s mission of excellence.
Qualifications- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving client concerns
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in computer systems for account management and documentation
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education are a plus.
