Account Manager- Healthcare Staffing

Revv Staffing is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in-office.

We specialize in healthcare staffing within the skilled nursing and long-term care space. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth shift coverage, and driving account growth.

This is not just an admin role, it’s relationship management, problem-solving, and proactive communication.

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities
• Coordinate daily staffing needs and ensure coverage
• Work closely with recruiting to match clinicians to open shifts
• Troubleshoot last-minute call-outs and urgent requests
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts
• Maintain organized documentation and CRM updates

• Experience in healthcare staffing or account management (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
