Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including escalating concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including warehouse areas, docks, parking areas and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity.;
Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, helping to control entry and exit in accordance with site-specific policies and shipping and receiving schedules.;
Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and observed hazards, using required logs and/or reporting tools
