As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-notch patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with various departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform your duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO

Department: Neuro

Status: Full-Time - 36 hours/week

Shift: 12 Hour (Days)

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• No Contract Required!
• Access to an ASN to BSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000).
• Opportunity for BSN to MSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000).

• Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
• No Contract Required
• RN Loan Forgiveness Program to help with student loan debt.
• Up to $370/month towards loan payments (with a $20,000 cap).
• Must start with Mercy within 12 months of graduation.

  Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
  • Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
