• Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.

• Coordinate patient care with various departments to ensure seamless treatment.
• Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• License: Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
  • Additional certifications may be required based on your unit, including:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurses)
  • OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • Other unit-specific certifications as required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly, with prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
