We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic in Independence, MO. • Salary: $70,000–$95,000/year (based on experience)

• Primarily orthopedic patients with a mix of vestibular and balance conditions

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and modify therapy as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Educate patients and families on conditions, therapy goals, and home programs
• Stay current with best practices and clinical advancements
• Uphold clinic safety standards and compliance requirements

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
