Pilot (First Officer) – South Central Region

Net Jets invites applications for a First Officer role based in the South Central Region.

Purpose of Position
Provide safe, reliable air transportation while delivering exceptional service to Net Jets owners and passengers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft safely from taxi to landing in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and standard operating procedures.
• Greet owners/passengers pre‑flight, brief them on the itinerary, provide weather updates and safety briefings, and explain any changes.
• Deliver in‑flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage and handle pets or passengers who smoke.
• Act as the final authority on the aircraft regarding all operational areas, maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
• Serve as liaison between owners/passengers and Net Jets from arrival at the FBO until final destination.
• Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete related paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Restricted ATP (R‑ATP) certificate with multi‑engine rating, 1,500 flight hours (or equivalent).
• Current FAA First‑Class Medical certificate.
• Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays; flexible and adaptable to rapid changes.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
• Valid State driver’s license.
• Fluent in English.

Base Salary Range $86,015 – $117,706
