Mobile HVAC Technician

Overview

Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Jackson, MS

Pay Rate: $31-34/hr

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems across multiple locations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and monitor repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and proper handling of hazardous materials.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
