Your Role With Us:

As an Irrigation Technician Foreman at Trisler Landscape, you'll be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities that drive our company’s reputation and success:

• System Design & Installation: Work closely with our design team to develop efficient irrigation systems tailored to each project's specific needs. You'll be responsible for the hands-on installation of sprinkler systems, drip systems, and advanced water-saving technologies. Must be proficient in running installation equipment.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Using cutting-edge tools, you'll diagnose, and resolve/repair issues with existing systems—everything from leaks, faulty valves, to controller issues.
• System Audits & Optimization: Regularly evaluate the performance of installed systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. Recommend and implement upgrades or changes to save water and improve performance.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Lead preventive maintenance schedules for clients, ensuring longevity and reliability of their systems. This includes winterizations, spring start-ups, backflow testing, and more.
• Water Management & Conservation: Utilize your expertise to ensure our irrigation solutions meet local regulations, promote water conservation, and are eco-friendly.
• Client Consultations: Engage directly with clients to educate them on best practices, system upgrades, and water management techniques. Your expertise will help them make informed decisions about their irrigation needs.
• Training & Mentorship: Share your knowledge and skills with junior technicians. As a senior member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in upskilling the next generation.
• Stay Updated: Regularly attend workshops, seminars, and courses to stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the irrigation industry. We're at the forefront because our team never stops learning.
