Part Time Pay Rate: $13.77 / Hour

Sat 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM;

- Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
- Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing and/or collecting badges, managing visitor check‑in and check‑out, and directing authorized individuals to the appropriate areas.
- Monitor alarms, access control systems, and/or cameras as assigned, document activity in logs, and communicate unusual conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with area control, and supporting arriving responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, operations areas, and the perimeter to help discourage unauthorized entry, identify security‑related concerns, and report maintenance issues per site procedures.
- Have at least 1+ years of security‑related experience.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
