Purpose:

Employees in this job code are non-exempt in the state of CA.Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.

Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.

Our Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales earns between $49,500 - $74,300 USD Annual + commissions with a total target compensation of $69,500 - $94,300.
