Location:

Jackson, MS Pay Rate: $25-$29/hour Duration: 3+ months Travel Requirement: 50%+ travel (company-paid; may include overnight stays) About the Role

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative (Associate, Growth Merchant Lead –Emerging Markets) to join the field sales team supporting. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in untapped and emerging markets, primarily in rural areas.

You will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partnerships, managing a fast-paced transactional sales cycle, and negotiating revenue-share agreements face-to-face with local and regional restaurant owners.

This is a highly active field sales position requiring consistent in-person meetings and territory travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partnerships within assigned territories
  • Travel extensively (within 2 hours of Jackson, MS;occasional 6–7 hour drives or flights)
  • Sell the value proposition of partnering with Company and support to restaurant owners
  • Negotiate and execute revenue share agreements
  • Manage a short, transactional sales cycle and close deals quickly
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager for market insights and strategy
  • Utilize provided sales tools (sales sheets, gift cards, business cards, etc.)
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives in emerging markets
Compensation Structure
  • Base Pay: $29/hour
  • Commission:
    Uncapped
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1, 750/month in commissions
  • Additional commission earned for every new restaurant partnership
Qualifications
  • 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing role (required)
  • Strong preference for experience selling to SMBs, especially restaurants or food & beverage businesses
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (50%+ of time)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build scalable sales strategies
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
  • Outside sales experience
  • Experience selling into hospitality, restaurant, or food service industries
  • Experience managing territory-based sales
