We're looking for a highly motivated and independent Outside Sales Representative to be the driving force behind our company's expansion. This is the first dedicated sales position in the field, making you a key player in our growth story. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively find and acquire new customers in your assigned territory. You'll build strong, in-person relationships, serving as a product expert and a trusted partner to business owners and managers.

Proven Sales
Experience:
A track record of success in outside sales, with a focus on new business acquisition. Candidates should be able to demonstrate they have met or exceeded sales targets in previous roles.
B2B Sales Expertise: Experience selling directly to other businesses is essential. This includes a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, which often involves longer timelines and multiple decision-makers.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication is a must. This includes active listening to understand customer needs, clear presentation skills, and professional email correspondence.
Self-Motivation and Discipline: An outside sales role requires a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is disciplined in managing their own schedule and workload.
Excellent Time Management: The ability to effectively plan and prioritize daily activities, from prospecting and client meetings to administrative tasks, is crucial for success in a field-based role.
Valid Driver's License: This is a physical requirement of the job. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
Highly Desired SkillsIndustry Knowledge: Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or distribution industry is a significant advantage.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is required for managing leads, tracking customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Resilience: The ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and persistent follow-up is a key trait of a top-performing salesperson.
