They are responsible for managing existing accounts and contacting prospective businesses to facilitate growth in Jackson, MS and the surrounding area.

The Lease Sales Executive – Western Region will be responsible for the following:

• Create target lists within assigned territory and aggressively pursue prospects.
• Develop and present sales proposals to new and existing customers for all product lines (e.g., rental, full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc.).
• Responsible for contacting new prospects via email programs, telemarketing, networking, and cold calls.
• Responsible for the establishment and growth of new lease sales in their assigned territory.
• Develop recommendations regarding fleet size and mix.
• Meet annual sales quotas and participate in ongoing sales and customer activities.
• Accept ongoing responsibility for customer service to his/her customers.
• Help provide rental analysis of market.
• Submit required reports to the VP of Leasing & Rentals.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in truck rental and full-service leasing sales.
• Familiar with heavy duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold call solicitation.
• Resourceful and results oriented.
• Understands administrative and service features of Full Service Lease.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Must have strong work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed.
