Sales Executive

We’re seeking a relentless, field-driven hunter to generate net-new business. You’ll own a territory, prospect aggressively, open doors, and close deals with in Jackson, MS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect daily: door-to-door, cold calls, social selling, events, and targeted email.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; book qualified meetings weekly.
• Conduct on-site visits, demos, and solution presentations.
• Negotiate pricing/terms and close new-logo business.
• Map accounts, identify decision makers, and develop multi-threaded relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and weekly activity reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and SDRs to optimize lead flow.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, meetups, and local networks.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years in outside/B2B field sales with a new-business quota; consistent top-performer.
• Proven success hunting: cold outreach, door knocking, and rapid pipeline creation.
• Skilled at discovery, objection handling, and closing.
